Each Griegst ring is made in one size as we use the one and only originally mould to create every piece with. We adjust the ring for the customer and we will do our best to help and accommodate your request. If your size is unavailable in the size menu, please contact us at shop@griegst.com.
The first re-sizing is complimentary – however, when increasing the size by more than four sizes up, an additional fee may occur.
If you are not able to visit our jewellery atelier in Copenhagen, we recommend you to visit your local goldsmith to get the preferred finger measured.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, EXCHANGES
All items are shipped fully insured worldwide with DHL Express complimentary.
At the point of reception of package, the responsibility is transferred fully to the recipient and the insurance is no longer valid.
For purchases from either our boutique or webshop, you may return your Griegst piece for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please contact us to confirm your return and receive shipping information. You may also return the piece to the Griegst boutique directly.
All returns and exchanges must be in the original condition and must be accompanied with the original packaging.
Kindly note that custom ordered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you request a customised product and place your order, the purchase is binding and the product can not be returned, regardless of reason. Similarly, pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you have placed the order and asked for a unique size, the purchase is binding and the piece of jewellery can not be returned.

CONFLICT FREE DIAMONDS
Griegst only buys diamonds from long time suppliers who can live up to The Kimberley Process.

Griegst is proud to support and be part of non-conflict precious stones. Furthermore our gold is sourced ethically via our business partners who are LBMA (The London Bullion Market Association) and RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) certified.
CARE
Griegst pieces should be worn and enjoyed at all times. When not using your piece of jewelry, we always recommend you to store the jewelry in its Griegst suede pouch that is complementary to your purchase.
We do not recommend trying to clean jewelry yourself; instead we highly advise you to get your Griegst piece cleaned at the goldsmith affiliated with Griegst. Should you wish to clean it yourself anyhow, you can use a gentle dishwashing soap and lukewarm water, then pat dry.
When wearing your piece of Griegst jewelry, inevitably over time, pieces need occasional polishing, adjustment or repair. To ensure the proper level of craftsmanship, any repairs or alterations of Griegst jewelry should only be performed by the goldsmith affiliated with Griegst. Kindly contact us beforehand. Repairs or modifications made outside the Griegst workshop may affect the original design of the piece.
