SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Shipping
All items are shipped fully insured worldwide with DHL Express or FedEx Priority complimentary. A fee of 100 DKK will apply for all tableware. At the point of reception of package, the responsibility is transferred fully to the recipient and the insurance is no longer valid.
 
For purchases from either our boutique or webshop, you may return your Griegst piece for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please contact us to confirm your return and receive shipping information. You may also return the piece to the Griegst boutique directly.

Christmas 2024
We offer extended returns and exchanges until January 6, 2025. 
Order must be placed to ensure delivery in time:

Europe: December 19
Worldwide: December 17

All orders from November 15 until Christmas will be beautifully wrapped.

Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be in the original condition and must be accompanied with the original packaging.

Kindly note that custom ordered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you request a customised product and place your order, the purchase is binding and the product can not be returned, regardless of reason. Similarly, pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you have placed the order and asked for a unique size, the purchase is binding and the piece of jewellery can not be returned.
